Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in The Netherlands and we have a big diversity in European connections.
I'm not receiving my maximum speed from the subscription
Check if you are using all connections provided with your subscription. So if you have a 20Mbit/s subscription you have to use all 12 connections for full speed. Note: the use of SSL can also slow down your connection!
I'm receiving the following error: "502 Access denied to your node"
In most cases this means you have made a mistake in your login information. In other cases it's because you have a 12/7 subscription with limited access and you're downloading outside your chosen time option.
